Refund policy

Don’t worry - we have you covered!  
If there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us, we are only too happy to help.  We understand how important each and every gift is which is why all our items are carefully prepared and sent with love.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
